First Level Support Engineer (NL/BE/DE)

For one of our location in Houten (NL), Mechelen (BE) or Cologne (DE) we are looking for an

1st level Support Engineer

Your Tasks

  • Help customers with system integration of both capture and ECM software based on MS Share point
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd level hard and software support to our Reseller and End Users
  • Become part of our internal team of software support experts
  • Provide 1st level and 2nd level Phone and Remote Support for Partners and End Users based in Europe
  • Analyze all inbound support calls, log them and work on the calls. In case onsite visit is required, make sure the field service specialist has all necessary details and the right parts

Your Profile

  • You have an experience in Customer Helpdesk Support and/or in the Document Capture & Management
  • You have an experience in the design and support of enterprise-scale solutions
  • You have the following technical skills: MS Windows server platform administration/monitoring (MCITP, MCSE), networking fundamentals (CCNA)
  • You have excellent inter-personal skills, organizational skills, tact, positive, voluntary
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • You have excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation
  • You have flexible approach, with ability to work in isolation, or as part of a team within divers groups across locations
  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, customers, and vendors in at least 3 of the following languages, Dutch, English, German or French.
